The RLJ Music Academy was born out of Rick’s years of experience on stage, in the studio, and alongside some of the world’s greatest musicians. Through guiding countless students—many of whom have gone on to build professional careers—he developed a teaching style that unlocks confidence, creativity, and discipline in every player.

RLJ Academy was built to extend that same opportunity to others: a space where existing talent is refined, raw potential is nurtured, and musicians are equipped with both the technical skills and artistic vision needed to thrive.
